Marlène and Romain : we're both 31 and the parents of two children. We studied at the Toulouse School of Catering, where we got to know each other. Romain studied for his Baccalauréat Professionnel Cuisine and Marlene for a BTS Restauration. The professionalism of the establishments in which we have worked has enabled us to develop a rigorous approach to our work and to reinforce our passion for it even more. We've worked together in several renowned establishments : - Maison BRICOURT « Cancale » with Monsieur ROELLINGER (2 star Michelin) - Les Prés d’Eugénie « Eugénie-les Bains » with Monsieur GUERARD (3 stars Michelin). - Château de Mercuès « Mercuès » with Monsieur Georges VIGOUROUX (1 star Michelin)
